Return & Refund Policy

* Electrical components or software that have been opened.
* Special orders, custom-made, or close-out items (clearly marked at time of purchase).
* Items not in their original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing original packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:
