Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days after receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within **30 days** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: **unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging** with all tags and labels attached.

**2. What is Covered (Free Returns)**
We provide **free returns and refunds** (including return shipping) if the item is:
* Incorrectly Shipped:** You received the wrong part.
* Damaged or Defective:** The part is faulty or arrived damaged.

3. What is Not Eligible for Return
The following items generally **cannot** be returned or refunded:
* Parts that have been installed, used, or altered.
* Electrical components or software that have been opened.
* Special orders, custom-made, or close-out items (clearly marked at time of purchase).
* Items not in their original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing original packaging.

4. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps:

2. **Provide Evidence :** For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos or a short video.
3. **Receive Instructions:** We will email you with approval and instructions. For covered returns (incorrect, damaged), we will provide a **prepaid return shipping label**. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. **Ship the Item:** Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided label or method.

**5. Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges
We will gladly exchange any item for the correct one if we sent the wrong or a defective part. Exchanges are processed with priority shipping at no cost to you.
